Heavy Truck dismantling and packing service:
We can supply mini trucks, 2 ton trucks, 4 ton trucks and 10 ton used Japanese trucks. We deal with Isuzu, Hino, Mitsubishi, Fuso, Nissan UD and other Japanese truck brands, in many configurations such as Dump trucks, Flat Deck trucks, Cargo trucks, Wing Vans and Tractors, by CBU, (completely built up), SKD (semi knocked down) and CKD (completely knocked down). We can also supply used truck engines, gearboxs, cabs and other parts. Select from our stock of trucks or place an order if you can't see what you are looking for, we can then dismantle them, load into containers and ship to you. This service is very useful to used car and truck importers from African and Caribbean countries. Also Thailand, the Philippines, and Russia. One clear benefit is tremendous savings on the freight costs. In many countries such as the Philippines and Russia, customs tariffs are very high for fully assembled vehicles, whereas the customs duties for parts are relatively low.
Many countries do not allow import of CBU (fully assembled) cars and trucks, so the only option is to import the vehicle disassembled in parts and shipped in different containers.
We can also deliver vehicles in “half cut” (also known as a “front clip”) form, where the used vehicle is cut in half, through the cabin, just rear of the dash board. This is the best option where whole vehicles cannot be legally imported unless they meet EPA and DOT specifications such as the for the U.S.
In our workshop/yard, our skilled mechanics can disassemble trucks and other vehicles, and we can pack the parts in a way desired by the customer.
Our experience shipping odd shaped, heavy and oversized parts allows us to handle just about anything. We have a large gantry crane, forklifts, swing cranes and ramps in the yard for loading and packing containers – Our professional staff have years of experience! |
